Life is about changes.  I’m not necessarily doing

Life is about changes.  I’m not necessarily doing exactly what I want to be doing, but I believe I’ve been forced into a situation of choosing.  Because of ObamaCare, I can only teach three classes at the community college.  That is not nearly enough – nowhere close.  I need to be actively engaged in my own life and that takes a lot more than only three classes.  But, I’m determined to do the best at whatever I do.  I think that there is a good chance I will teach again.  If the opportunity presents itself, I will jump at at.  For the time being, I will be the best I can be at event planning and promotional products.

I have volunteered to get involved in Greenville’s Year of Altruism.  Perhaps that will allow me speaking opportunities because of my background in studying the Holocaust – and perhaps it won’t.  I continue to believe that the education I have is an obligation to share what I know.  I will continue in that endeavor in any way I can.

Life goes on, changes occur, we adapt.  The only guarantee is that there will be changes.  Make the most, move on, adapt, embrace, celebrate.  Those are my goals.  And someday to get back to teaching.
